Creative DX-2000 offers full integrated Subscriber Digital Network (ISDN) interface which provides high speed transmission and reception of voice, data and video at the same time. It supports all ISDN features like Multiple Subscriber Number (MSN), Caller Identification Presentation (CLIR), Advice of charge (AOC) etc.

Creative DX-2000 can automatically redial multiple telephone numbers which may be busy, by pressing a single key, thereby improving the productivity of the operator/user.

Creative DX-2000 can be integrated with any stand alone or PC based voice mail system.
The message waiting indication can be provided on keyphones as well as on analog extensions to give information to the user to retrieve the messages left in the voice mail.

It can be used as an auto attendant for all incoming calls. It plays greeting message and transfers the call to the desired extension. It provides different messages at different levels to inform the caller about the status of his call e.g. extension busy, invalid no. dialed or no answer from dialed extension.

Creative DX-2000 integration with computer provides a platform for various applications such as Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) and Interactive voice response systems (IVRS) for call Centre.

Creative DX-2000 can be integrated with other EPABX at different location with analog Two Way Trunk (TWT), E&M or digital E1trunk. This feature will give you homogeneous numbering and call routing capability thereby saving on long distance calls for large organizations having their offices at distant locations.

The Display will show the number being dialed and it will start to show the charge for the call and also the time elapsed, on maturity of the call. The duration and call charges will be updated automatically till the call ends.

The details of the calls originated can be stored in the memory of the systems and print out these calls can be taken directly in rupees/paise.

Creative DX-2000 can be integrated with any third party HMS/PMS software which can share information such as Checkin/Checkout, Wake up calls Room status, etc.

The name of the Guest can be displayed on the Digital Key phone installed in the services such as reception, room service etc.
